The Godalming Kitchen, Larder, Bar & Banquette Seating
The Design
We recently completed this lovely open plan kitchen for a lovely family near Godalming just outside of London. This pink kitchen is beautiful and features a long run of lower, upper and floor to ceiling cabinets on one side and a larder on the opporsite side. The dark island is a wonderful contrast colour to the rest of the kitchen and brings it all together.
The banquette seats, one at the end of the kitchen and one in a comfy and cosy snug are both made to fit into the spaces and provide much needed storage. The kitchen is designed in our Westminster style and bespokely fitted to perfectly fit into this kitchen extension.

The Details: Colours, Hardware, Worktops Etc
This kitchen makes use of every single wall, the design is sleek and smooth, whilst serving as the perfect place to entertain but also to enjoy the every day. The Verona Quartz worktop runs throughout the kitchen, including on the splashback wall.
The lovely pale pink colour is stunning and is called Parade Pink from the Herringbone Paints range. The island is painted in Jersey Blue from the same range. The brushed brass handles look stunning against the cabinets and colour. The handles being perfectly coordinated really brings the bespoke design to life.
The Larder
The large double larder and storage unit is as elegant and stylish as it is functional. Its bi-fold doors make it convinient for the larder to be open when in use without being knocked about creating great organised storage.
The Bar
This beautiful bar and wine storage is designed to fit into the space maximising it’s use and making it a real “wow-stop-and-stair” piece of furniture. It’s painted in the same Jersey Blue as the kitchen island, connecting the two together.
The Banquette Seats
The banquette seats are as stylish as they are practical. The client has a large family and so storage and seating is key! The seats are perfect for every day life or for entertaining as it makes it easy for everyone to have a place to sit. They take in the view of the client’s beautiful garden too.
