The South London Kitchen
The Design
This kitchen is as classic and elegant as it is functional. We recently completed this beautiful bespoke kitchen for our lovely clients in South London. This gorgeous open plan kitchen and dining space feautures two floor to ceiling cabinetry units in a classic, yet impactful, off white, with the worktop, and sink seemlessly sandwiched in the middle with lower and upper cabinetry.
The kitchen island is in a contrast black colour and beautifully wraped in Silestone Quartz worktop with marble-like veins. The Island sits perfectly in the middle of the space and offers a fantastic seating area. It also features the hob as well as wine fridge and additional storage drawers.
All the bespoke cabinetry was designed in our Rye range, complimenting the sleek lines of the kitchen perfectly.
The Details: Colours, Handles & Bespoke Details
The colour story of this space is gentle and calming whilst the darker island brings a sense of grandure. The worktop is a Silestone Calacutta Quartz wrap around bringing elegance and beautiful sleek lines to the kitchen. The same worktop is used on the main run of cabinetry and splashback, hugging the sink beautifully almost making it disappear. The brass handles & tap always give an additional touch of warmth and texture.
The shelving in the middle of the main run softens the kitchen and allows for colour and the client’s personality to come through. The floor to ceiling units offer essential storage perfect for the family’s belongings.
The Bora hob looks seemless and works perfectly with the simple lines of the rest of the kitchen making the kitchen incredibly functional too. The storage drawers allow for extra storage and keep the kitchen organised at all times.
