The Nosuch Park Kitchen
The Design
We completed this drop dead gorgeous kitchen for an equally gorgeous family near Nosuch Park, just outside London. The design features a spectacular main run of cabinetry, an L shaped kitchen island as well as a bookcase. Our clients chose their cabinetry from our Westgate range, a shaker design with subtle angular elements, lending itself perfectly to more modern and Art Deco designs.
The main run of cabinetry sits in an L shape with units on top of units, all the way up to the ceiling. A mixture of reeded glass cabinets helps to break up the run and adds a bit of texture and glamour. The L shaped island features an overhang over two sides for multiple seating space, as well as a gorgeous Silestone quartz worktop.
Across from the main run, a bookcase with added cabinetry storage underneath stores some family favourites.
Two countertop larder units with walnut shelves and a cold shelf running underneath create the ‘L’ of the main run, these gorgeous units are perfect if you need storage but aren’t keen or don’t have space for a larder unit.
The Details: Colours, Hardware, Worktops & More
For their cabinetry, the clients chose a gorgeous dark green colour and paired it with satin brass ‘Bromsgrove’ bars & ‘Metro’ knobs, both from Armac Martin. The stunning polished Silestone quartz in the colour ‘Blanco Orion’ sits on all three surfaces of the kitchen.
The Bedroom Furniture
We love taking on projects that are more than just the kitchen. Recently we have seen an increase in demand for bedroom furniture like wardrobes but also fun dressing tables, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Our lovely clients wanted a set of walnut pieces with a mid-century modern feel. The flat, brass hardware and quartz tops add a touch of texture and thematic continuation from the rest of the house.
The dressing table in the same mid-century modern design with flush brass pull handles and a spectacular light up bulb mirror really giving it that old Hollywood glamour.
